1. Juggle the soccer ball close to your knee 2. Keep your eyes on the ball and concentrate
3. Stand straight and be well balanced 4. The Ronaldo Knee Dribble is done using
just one foot (knee) 5. Set up a Soccer Drill like in this video
to help build your touch and feel for the ball (weight) by knee flicking the ball over
an overhead obstacle and receiving it on the other side on the same knee.
