Try to lower your body and, and touch the
ice with your knees. Start with the right knee, and then do the same with the left leg,
and so the left knee. And, if you can do it, you can try to do it alternating. It’s really
good if you have some knee pads, like that, it’s not painful if you doing it without.
So, it’s very difficult to do it without our knee pad, but you can try and it’s also a
good exercise to move the coordination, and you can do it faster without alternate legs.
